If you or someone you know is living with autism and/or other developmental disabilities, and is transitioning out of school aged programming, we have the answer - ELIJA's Transitional Program Services (TPS)!
Learn about our TPS programming that support adolescents and young adults with complex language, learning and cognitive disabilities as they Transition to Community Life (TCL).
TPS's TCL program participants develop competence and confidence in academic, social and independent living skills. These skills are designed to help our students go on to lead successful, self-sufficient and fulfilling lives - creating a new future for themselves, their families, our community and our economy!
