Join the ELIJA Foundation for Pathway to Adulthood: Using Self-Direction: Transitioning for Independence in 2027, a two-day conference dedicated to supporting individuals with autism as they transition into meaningful, fulfilling, and more independent adult lives.
This conference brings together families, self-advocates, professionals, service providers, and community partners for two days of education, connection, and practical resources.
Attendees will hear from expert presenters addressing the wide range of services, supports, and opportunities individuals may need throughout adulthood. Topics will focus on navigating the transition to adulthood, self-direction, community living, employment, and other pathways toward greater independence.
In addition to engaging presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with vendors and service providers on-site who can answer questions, share resources, and help individuals and families better understand their options and navigate their next steps with confidence.
